JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: SR. ITO (Inquiry to Order) - Spare Parts / Repairs Specialist

JOB SUMMARY
Customer principal representative responsible for understanding Customer Requirements, Negotiate and Prepare quotations. Interface with Customers until order receipt. Manage order execution with scheduling and coordination with Engineering, Manufacturing and Purchasing Teams. (See more details below)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer focal point

Prepare quotations for Spare Parts and Repairs Inspection.
Autonomy on pricing and negotiation up to approximately $100k
Quotations negotiations scope are on the front end of the project. This phase can take between 1 week to 3 months
Estimated annual number of projects based on the first half of 2021, is 500.
Create Sales Order (S.O.) and Work Order (W/ in ERP system)
Responsible for keeping track of historical pricing, building up a database and updating based on commodity changes and our annual full cost rate changes.
Contractual knowledge is also a requirement, ensuring we secure certain liability protections and negotiate some lighter commercial points (Incoterms, delay damages etc.) as well as applying the terms of our frame agreements with certain customers.

Focal point for Purchasing, Manufacturing and Engineering for Customers
Technical and Commercial issues
Scheduling and execution of Spares completion milestones
Regular reporting to Customer until order completion
Responsible for Cash the release of invoice, follow up with Accounting Team.
Follow up receipt of payment

AREAS OF SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and Coordination with various Depts. to meet Customer Order objectives

EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree, preferably some technical background.

EXPERIENCE
6-8 Years in a frontline role, interacting with customers and internal various functions
