A technology company specializing in solutions for the trucking
industry needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior
Trucking Associate Stock Administrator Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Providing a superior level of customer service to employees,
management, and others
Maintaining company's equity data online tools and resources
Preparing and filing accurate and timely Section 16 Forms 3, 4 and
5
Qualifications Include:
3+ years of experience in administration of global equity programs
and/or a finance or technical accounting role (e.g, AR/AP)
Working toward CEP Level 1 or higher
Expertise with global equity programs, multiple equity award types,
and transaction volume
Experience working directly with E*TRADE and EEO
Experience with Carta, Workday and ADP and other accounting
tools
Ability to be successful in a fast-paced and demanding
environment
