Job Description:

We are representing a Food Manufacture that is looking to add an Accounting Manager to their growing team. Manage Corporate Accounting staff of 3 people Preparing journal entries and account reconciliations Prepare payroll entries A/P and A/R as directed by controller Reconciling event data between billing, sales, and system reports Reconciling cash activity between system reports and bank statements Researching variances and troubleshooting issues Processing bank transfers and settlement batches Responding to client and internal inquiries This is an on site position in Santa Ana Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience Bookkeeping: 4 years (Required) Strong familiarity with accounting principles and processes Required Skills: Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills required Excellent computer and Excel skills (Vlookup, Sumif, PIVOT Tables) Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities Must adapt to change and be flexible Ability to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities and assignments to meet deadlines Featured benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance Dental insurance 401(k) PDN-993f639c-7740-4e59-8923-88ecaa42a51a
