Senior Billing Consultant

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Billing Consultant for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve billing issues
Analyze and streamline processes and procedures
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and billing system

Qualifications:

3-5 years' experience in a system support role
Bachelor's degree in accounting/business or equivalent experience preferred
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Strong knowledge of HCM SaaS business model and processes
Demonstrated accountability and ownership of tasks
