Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and ensure value and
insights from finance and accounting functions
Manage the accounting process for insightful financial reporting,
including revenue cycle and expense management
Oversee compliance with GAAP and lead monthly client meetings to
provide insights and coach management
Required Qualifications
Experience as a lead accountant in rapidly growing firms
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
administration; Master's degree or CPA preferred
10 years of experience at the Controller or Director of Finance
level in a SaaS firm
Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero,
Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
Proven experience in revamping accounting and finance processes and
technologies
