Job Description:
A company is looking for a HB Inpatient Second Level
Reviewer.
Key Responsibilities
Review, audit, and remediate deviations from compliant inpatient
facility coding
Train coding staff and educate workforce members on coding,
grouping, and documentation
Ensure data integrity and denial avoidance related to coding, and
represent coding leadership in interdisciplinary meetings
Required Qualifications
Seven (7) years of related auditing experience or a Bachelor's
Degree plus three (3) years of auditing experience
Experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, including
billing and collections
Current credentials as RHIT, RHIA, or CCS preferred
Minimum of three (3) years of inpatient facility auditing
experience
Experience working in a Level I Trauma & Academic/Research Facility
is a plus
