Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Senior Associate to prepare
complex tax compliance projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare complex tax returns for closely held multi-tiered entities,
multi-state entities, high net worth individuals, estates, and
trusts
Research tax matters using the firm's online research tools
Remain current on tax issues and changes in the tax laws
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or business with a certificate in
accounting from an accredited university
Minimum of 3-5 years of increasing levels of responsibility in tax
with a regional or large local CPA firm
Experience in preparing complex compliance projects for closely
held multi-tiered entities, multi-state entities, trusts, estates,
and high net worth individuals
Analytical approach and understanding of tax laws and
regulations
Ability to identify tax issues as they arise
