CALLING ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS!
Company is located very close by the 5 freeway!
The Customer Service Clerk will support the Company while providing
support to staff and subsidiaries while exemplifying the company's
culture and operating with a high level of integrity.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Customer Service Clerk -will report directly to the customer
service manager but will also take direction from a department
lead. Responsibilities can include any of the following: Maintain
the customer care folder for corrections, credits and
Maintain the department daily logs including the UPS shipping
Work as the customer service liaison between the order processing
representatives, field staff, and facilities.
Experience with RMA's and Fed-Ex if possible.
Talk with customers by phone or in person and receives orders or
requests for adjustment.
Fill out forms, determine charges for service requested, prepare
change of address records, and issue discontinuance orders.
Must have at least 1 to 2 years of recent work experience
Will use the companies computer to enter data,
Hours 7:00 am -3:30pm or 7:30pm -4:30 pm
Data Entry experience
Pay $18.75-$21.00 -DOE
