  • Execute all email marketing from ideation to implementation, including daily design/development, segmentation, scheduling, testing and reporting
  • Maintain our email marketing calendar aligned to campaign objectives and customer needs, without over contacting our subscribers
  • Own the creative briefing process, ensuring briefs are submitted in a timely manner with clear direction in terms of messaging and creative needs
  • Communicate with the brand team on content needs, copy and campaign assets to achieve our goals and drive ROI
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance & KPI's weekly and monthly, providing insights for increased engagement and conversion
  • Continuously report and share our latest learnings and performance results with creative, copy and brand teams, helping them optimize their efforts and growing a loyal email subscriber base
  • Partner with Sr. CRM Manager to develop benchmarking for marketing email KPIs
  • Develop a thoughtful testing strategy to continually optimize all areas of the program through A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization
  • Work directly with our third-party ESP and partner on ideas to improve the performance of the channel
  • Stay updated on industry trends from other leading brands to gain insights on best practices and new innovative ideas for email campaigns
  • Support on additional CRM / lifecycle campaign initiativesQualifications
    • 2 - 3+ years of email marketing experience, preferably at a direct to consumer brand
    • Knowledge of using ESPs, Klaviyo preferred (other ESPs- Salesforce, Listrak or others)
    • Understanding of all aspects of email marketing, deliverability & analytics
    • Outstanding analytical skills and are familiar with email optimization tactics to improve performance
    • Proficiency in Excel
    • Proficiency with analytics tools like Looker, GA
    • Knowledge of project management tools like Trello, Asana etc
    • Ability to partner with stakeholders and build effective working relationships across the organization
