We fuse creativity with experience design to solve business problems and generate white-space opportunities for some of the world's most famous brands and businesses.We are seeking a Creative Prompt Engineer with a love for AI innovation and creative problem-solving to join our team. As a key member of the product management department, you will be responsible for developing and refining AI tools and helping unlock the full potential of AI for high-impact advertising campaigns.
Key responsibilities:

• Experiment with AI tools to push their creative limits and discover new applications for campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
• Develop and refine expert-level prompts to generate stunning visuals, high-impact copy, and engaging branded content using cutting-edge AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Stable Diffusion.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and creative teams to deliver innovative, AI-powered campaigns that resonate with audiences.
• Stay on top of AI trends and emerging tools, incorporating innovations into workflows and client solutions.
• Analyze AI-generated outputs, test content performance, and continuously iterate to optimize creative outcomes.
• Help shape AI-driven brand identities that are bold, memorable, and unique in the market.
  About you:
  • 2+ years in advertising, content creation, copywriting, or creative technology-agency experience is a huge plus.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, and other generative AI platforms.
  • Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and storytelling, with the ability to craft narratives that drive engagement.
  • Passion for experimentation and iteration, with a keen eye for refining AI-generated outputs for top-tier creative quality.
  • Bonus points if you have coding experience (e.g., Python, API integration) or have trained AI models.
  • You're a creative thinker with a "hacker mindset" who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and problem-solving.
