Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders related to
Digital Media and Content
Assist with the evaluation, deployment, and support of Digital
Media systems
Troubleshoot hardware and application issues related to Digital
Media and CCTV
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience with digital content streaming systems
2+ years of client support and vendor management experience
Hands-on experience with Digital Media and content management
systems
Experience with installation and support of CCTV systems
General knowledge of network topology and components
