Base Salary: $90K-$100K DOE 100% company paid medical/dental insurance premiums for employees Long-term disability insurance 401k Paid vacation, personal, sick time, and holidays Job Details Job Description: Support Project Managers, project reports/docs/planning, RFIs, change orders, takeoffs, field/GC relations, assist with project cost controls, submittals, and coordination Drawings/specs, material lists/pricing, budgets, schedules, ensure project progress/milestones/success, compliance with codes/standards/company policies, and assist in resolving issues Structured career path to APM and then Project Manager Work hours can be either 6am-3pm, 7am-4pm, or 8am-5pm which includes a 1-hour lunch Requirements: 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer/Admin on construction projects Skilled in multitasking, efficiency, project/employee supervision, job organization, meeting deadlines, documentation, and communication Prefer experience with Accubid and Bluebeam Must pass background check, drug test, and reference check Interested in hearing more?
