We are a small, supportive team that prioritizes meaningful supervision, professional growth, and hands-on clinical training. The Student Analyst role is intentionally designed for graduate-level trainees seeking high-quality clinical experience while progressing through their ABA graduate program. Position Overview We are seeking Graduate-Level Student Analysts who are currently enrolled in a qualifying graduate program related to Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, education, or a closely related field. This role provides direct clinical experience under BCBA supervision and may contribute toward supervised fieldwork hours , in accordance with BACB requirements. Schedule Options Part-Time (Evening Cases) Evening availability required Typically after 3:00 PM Hours are case-based and may vary OR Full-Time Availability between 9:00 AM 7:00 PM Schedule based on caseload and operational needs Compensation & Classification $33.00$35.00 per hour , based on: Prior ABA and/or RBT experience Length of RBT certification Progress within graduate program Non-Exempt, Hourly Paid bi-weekly Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Collect and analyze data during clinical sessions Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs Participate in supervision meetings, trainings, and case collaboration Follow ethical, assent-based, and trauma-informed practices Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and documentation standards Required Qualifications Current enrollment in a graduate-level program (ABA, psychology, education, or related field) Active RBT certification preferred Strong communication, professionalism, and time management skills Reliable transportation within Orange County Ability to meet background check and health clearance requirements Why Join Adventure Awaits ABA BCBA-owned supervision and mentorship Structured support for graduate-level trainees Ethical, high-quality clinical training Flexible scheduling options Supportive, small-team culture How to Apply Apply through the job posting or contact us directly with your resume and program details: rossy.perez@adventureawaitsaba.com Qualified candidates will be contacted to schedule a brief screening call.
