Electrical MechanicAbout Us: -Gold Coast Baking is a leading manufacturer of fresh and frozen baked breads located in Santa Ana, CA. We supply leading retail and foodservice customers with breads nationally utilizing a variety of distributors.INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE MECHANIC5-7 years' experience as industrial maintenance electro mechanics, food industry a plus ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment including electrical systems, mechanical system, pneumatic system, conveyor systems, production machines and equipment. - Preventative Maintenance - Work order system - Baking experience, a plusExperience repairing conveyors - Welding abilities - Plumbing expertise including fittings and pipes - Capable of working above or below ground, on ladders and extreme temperatures. - Good organizational skills and the ability to work effectively on a team - Dependable and willing to work any shift, overtime and weekends. - Available to work weekends and holidaysRequirements: -Experience in a food related facility regulated by HACCP, FDA and good manufacturing practices (GMPs) is preferred, Strong experience with drive components - gearboxes, motors, sprockets, couplings, and bearings.Electrical experience including fuses, electrical controls, relays, photo eyes, proximity switches, VFDs and power supplies PLC programming and troubleshooting a plus.Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceLife insuranceReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:12 hour shift (sometimes)Day shiftNight shiftOvertimeWeekend availabilityCOVID-19 considerations:Mandatory to follow CDC guidelines and GCB policies.Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver's License (Preferred)
