Job Description:
A company is looking for an Integration Engineer to manage and
support MSS systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and ensure the reliable operation of MSS
systems
Troubleshoot platform-related issues and provide technical support
to internal users
Assist with on-prem to cloud migrations and support 3rd party
applications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Security, or Networking,
or an Associate's degree with equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in related fields
CompTIA or Cloud certifications preferred
Experience with SSO/IDP technologies and ticketing systems like
ServiceNow or Jira
Basic understanding of server-grade applications such as DBMS, DNS,
and Active Directory
