Job Description Seeking a Civil Engineer to specialize in land

Civil Engineer – Land Development The successful candidate will
contribute to a wide range of civil engineering design tasks for
residential and commercial projects, with a strong focus on design
and site grading. Responsibilities: ? Participate in land planning
and subdivision layout for development projects ? Prepare or
oversee the development of due diligence reports ? Design and
prepare engineering plans, including subdivision, grading, utility,
and roadway plans, suitable for submittal to government agencies
for permitting and approvals ? Draft engineering reports and
studies (e.g., stormwater management reports, grading analyses,
development impact studies) for agency review and approval ?
Coordinate project work with in-house teams, clients, and external
design professionals ? Provide construction administration, site
grading review, and observation services throughout the project
lifecycle Qualifications: ? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or
related field preferred ? EIT or Professional Engineer (PE) license
a plus ? Proficient in computer modeling software; AutoCAD/Civil 3D
experience is a plus ? Strong organizational skills and attention
to detail ? Subdivision design and grading experience strongly
preferred
