Job Description Job Description Sr. Process Integration Engineer - Optoelectronics Process Integration Engineer - Optoelectronic Device (Semiconductor) Fabrication Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Process Integration Engineer specializing in Optoelectronics components & wafer processing to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on semiconductor wafer processes, the integration of optoelectronic components (i.e. Photonic Integrated Circuits, Edge Emitting Lasers, PIN Detectors, VCSELS, etc.) within our semiconductor fabrication processes, ensuring high quality & efficiency in production. Key Responsibilities Develop, optimize & integrate wafer processes for optoelectronic components & devices - i.e. PIN Detectors, Edge-emitting lasers, VCSELS, Photonic Integrated Circuits, etc. Processes development, improvement throughout our onsite semiconductor fab Process documentation, training material in prep for technology transfer Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing processes. Project management responsibilities including preparing schedules, reports, vendor/client interaction, etc. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or a related field. At least 1 year of Optoelectronic component semiconductor wafer process experience Hands-on experience with cleanroom processes i.e. wet/dry etching, PECVD, photo resist patterning, etc. DOE, SPC, FMEA are all a plus III-V semiconductor fabrication, design experience Familiarity with design and fabrication techniques for devices such as edge emitting lasers and PIN detectors a plus Benefits Vacation/PTO - Standard Medical - Coverage for employee & family Dental - Coverage Vision - Coverage 401k - Yes Safe Harbor match Bonus - Based on position, peformance, company performance Relocation - Yes Telecommute - No - Employer is willing to sponsor qualified candidates for a non-immigrant work visa.
