Job Description:

The Sr. Contract Analyst position will be responsible for the development and execution of contracts for the Surgical Vision Sales Team. The Sr. Contract Analyst will manage but not limited to capital equipment, operating and capital leases, master agreements, IDNs, consumable and rebate agreements. This position will be responsible for contract authoring, contract implementation, preparation and execution of contracts and amendments. In addition, the Sr. Contract Analyst will provide expertise on handling RFP/RFI submissions. They will also be responsible for coordinating the contract implementation workflow, identifying potential gaps, recommending solutions, and sharing best practices.
This position will work closely with Contract Management, Compliance Department, Legal, Customer Service, Accounts Receivables, Marketing, Sales Force and commercial leaders in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and processes.

Additional Responsibilities:
--- Preparing contract agreements including drafting amendments for underlying agreements with minimal guidance from Contracts Manager
--- Review and redline terms and conditions in addition to customer agreements and make recommendations to Contract Management including business leads and sales rep/management; participate in contract negotiations
--- Work closely with legal on non-business-related terms and conditions
--- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
--- Responsible for ensuring all contract requests have proper pricing approvals and supporting documentation to ensure successful contract/pricing audit
--- Ensuring all contracts and pricing is aligned with approved product and pricing programs
--- Responsible for the contract activation and ensuring all contract terms and pricing are successfully and accurately loaded in the contracts system
--- Responsible for the distribution of executed contracts to appropriate parties and uploading executed contracts to database
--- Provides training as needed with respect to contracts, pricing, compliance, and administrative processes
--- Maintain and update SOPs and Work Instructions

Job Requirements:
--- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. A concentration in Business, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Contracting, or related field is preferred.
--- Minimum 4 years of experience in Contract Drafting, Quoting, Pricing or related experience
--- Medical Device Industry experience preferred
--- Strong organizational skills, time management skills and ability to self-manage in a complex/ time sensitive environment is required.
--- Ability to work in a high paced, high volume environment
--- Demonstrated ability to understand products and offerings, strategies, and business objectives
--- Proficiency with Microsoft Toolset (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
--- Prior experience working with customer facing teams is preferred.
--- Strong communication skills (presentations, listening, written skills) are required.
--- Prior experience effectively working through periods of change, ambiguity and complexity is required.

--- Experience with quoting systems and support tools
--- SAP
--- Configuration Pricing Quote System (CPQ)
--- Experience with navigating Sales
