Job Description:
Office Coordinator & Project Management Assistant - Santa Ana,
CABoos Development West (BDW), one of the nation's largest single
tenant development companies, is seeking an Office Coordinator &
Project Management Assistant -for our Santa Ana, CA, office. - -An
ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently as well
as in a team environment and will demonstrate strong character and

must be self-driven, outgoing, enthusiastic, and possess strong
organizational and communication skills. -
Office Coordinator Responsibilities / Duties - - - - - - - - - - -
- - - - - - - - - -Answering phones - - - - - - - - -Scheduling and
coordinating conference calls, meetings, lunches, etc. - - - - - -
- - -Prepare overnight packages for employees as needed - - - - - -
- - -Receive, track, and distribute all deliveries - - - - - - - -
-Assist with office maintenance issues, equipment service calls,
etc. - - - - - - - - -Ordering and managing office supplies - - - -
- - - - -Creating new files - - - - - - - - -Filing (electronic and
paper) - - - - - - - - -Provide administrative support for all
office personnel - - - - - - - - -Other office tasks as
assigned
Project Management Assistant Responsibilities / Duties - - - - - -
- - -Assist the Project Management team with various project
related tasks - - - - - - - - -Set up project files/folders in the
Master Project Files (MPF) - - - - - - - - -Save project documents
to the MPF throughout the project lifecycle - - - - - - - - -Send
out meeting requests for pre-bid meetings, construction tours,
milestone site visits, final walk-through/turnover meetings, etc. -
- - - - - - - -Assist PMs with requesting & tracking Consultant
proposals, reports, etc. - - - - - - - - -Follow up on Agent of
Record letters - - - - - - - - -Assist with GC bid package
production - - - - - - - - -Compile GC bids for qualifying - - - -
- - - - -Assist with Tenant status reports, due diligence tracking
reports - - - - - - - - -Assist in special projects as assigned
Desired Skills & Experience - - - - - - - - -Relevant Bachelor's
degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience - - -
- - - - - -Knowledge of commercial real estate development
preferred - - - - - - - - -Expertise in Microsoft Office software
(specifically MS Outlook, Teams, Excel & Word) - - - - - - - -
-Experience with Adobe Acrobat - - - - - - - - -Strong verbal and
written communication skills required - - - - - - - - -Great people
skills and a positive, "can-do" attitude - - - - - - - - -Highly
motivated with strong work ethic - - - - - - - - -Dependable and
available to work Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM - - - - -
