Job Description:
The Corporate Sales Account Manager role is to assist the
management team with sales & business development initiatives. The
Corporate Sales Account Manager will focus on
wholesale/team/private label sales initiatives. This role will
assist in growing BYLT's B2B revenue. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect & manage new & existing B2B accounts
- Maintain Monthly sales pipeline
- Execute (1) BYLT sponsored community business development
monthly event
- Achieve monthly wholesale target revenue goals
- Organize monthly wholesale/private label revenue reports
- Ensure B2B accounts are accurate & updated in CRM database
monthly
- Build strong business partnerships with the retailers & B2B
accounts
- Ability to effectively prospect, qualify, sell, negotiate &
close deals
- Custom decoration experience (Embroidery, Screen Printing)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Sales + professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to think both strategically and creatively
- Extremely detail oriented, with excellent follow-through
skills
- Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Consistently produce Innovative ideas
- Solution-driven problem solver
- Collaboratively work with cross-functional teams and other team
members
- Efficiently execute on timelines and provide timely
solutions
- Good sense of judgment
