Summary:International (-70%): Facilitate the launch and sales of
JWC products throughout Sulzer regional sales offices around the
globe by ensuring proper systems are in place to support seamless
execution of sales from quoting through shipment across all
geographies outside North America. This will include, at a minimum,
the alignment of JWC and its Sulzer partners, development and
maintenance of product specification tools, regionalize part number
structures, global pricing tools, and aftermarket parts
identification.North America (-30%): Responsible for planning,
managing, monitoring, and reporting on key sales growth projects
from conception through implementation.Principle Duties and
Responsibilities: - Perform current state, future state gap
assessments - Create, manage, and complete initiative
implementation plans based on agreed priorities, scope, resources,
and timelines - Manage global part number structures and ensure all
relevant product options are available regionally - Support country
and regional marketing teams as needed with marketing communication
materials - In partnership with product management, regional sales
leaders, and global finance, develop pricing and discounting
guidelines within world areas that align with market requirements
and internal profit targets - Ensure processes are in place that
consider the unique requirements around each region in the areas of
order entry, manufacturing, and shipping of JWC products - Manage
the process of introduction of new products to international
markets - Drive the development of product and market training
materials for use by international personnel and channel partners
globally - Manages day-to-day aspects of all assigned projects and
gain consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful
implementation - Identify and introduce new industrial market
segments and expansion opportunities within existing markets -
Develop unique value propositions, business partnerships, category
management, as well as call to action-oriented marketing targeted
toward key customer segments that increase brand awareness -
Perform other duties and special projects as assignedEducation,
Experience & Skills:Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business,
Marketing, Engineering or related field - 5+ years of progressive
work experience in marketing, engineering, project management, or
related field - Experience working with engineered industrial or
commercial products sold within a business to business environment
- Experience supporting and working with outside sales teams within
international markets to help grow sales - Comfortable working with
large data sets within MS Excel - Experience working with IT
personnel to give clear needs around integrating systems such as
CRM and ERP - Experience working with highly configurable
engineered product data structures such as multi-level
bills-of-material and labor routers - Strong business acumen -
Ability to recognize opportunity and see around corners - Excellent
English written, oral, and visual communication skills to
communicate effectively with all levels of an organization, both
within and outside JWC including face to face and virtual platforms
- Advanced PC skills including use of MS Office products -
Self-motivated and self-directed - capable of working independently
for extended periods of time - Ability to navigate a complex global
organization by interfacing with key stakeholders to both gain
input as well as influence to achieve goals - Ability to handle
multiple projects at once, including project details, data
collections, reporting and communication to successfully drive
projects forward - Ability to work cross-functionally within the
organizationOther: - Periodic domestic or international travel -
