To thrive as the Senior People Services Consultant (Talent Acquisition Manager), you will need to have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including the capability to get along with diverse personalities while influencing change. A broad business perspective and robust analytical skills are also key in this impactful role. You must have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related talent acquisition experience or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.

As the Sr. Consultant, you will manage the day-to-day activities for the recruiting team, including prioritizing work assignments and serving as an escalation point for critical issues, contacts, and requests. The critical issues and requests will involve connecting with the our hiring partners, and our parent companies HRIS team to resolve Workday (HRIS) errors and answer questions regarding our current recruiting process. You will also collaborate with colleagues on our Organizational Development team and Brands and Campaigns team frequently to ensure all recruiting messaging reflects Behr's mission, vision, values, and culture. You will serve as a contact for our current vendors as well as initiate and maintain new vendor relationships. Outside of the daily activities, you will also ensure the recruiters and coordinators continue to develop in their skills and careers by providing feedback, coaching, and training them.

Here's what we're looking for from you:

* Strong people management skills. You will be coaching and growing a team of 8, helping them to develop their skills.
* Strong understanding of the various compliance and regulatory requirements in relation to sourcing, selecting, and hiring. You will be responsible for ensure the recruiting team and our hiring partners are within compliance.
* Experienced with an applicant tracking system. Behr has an HRIS, ATS, and is implementing a CRM extension. You will be responsible for helping the recruiting team and external hiring partners navigate these systems.
* Robust communication skills. You will be communicating with all levels of the Behr Paint Company team, our colleges at our parent company, and vendors. In order to navigate these various groups, you will need to be mature, flexible with communication style, and maintain confidentiality.
* Analytical. You will be responsible for providing an update on the Talent Acquisition KPIs and identifying and sharing how various data points relate to the business.
