The role of the Salesforce Operations Manager includes both tactical and strategic responsibilities and you will be collaborating with various cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing, etc.) on a day-to-day basis. A continuous improvement mindset will set you up for success.As our Salesforce Manager with Behr, you'll work closely alongside our Senior Manager leading the Salesforce CRM Center of Excellence and help drive the strategic vision of our business. You will be the internal expert for our CRM, provide leadership/supervision of Salesforce Administrators, Analysts, and trainers, and manage day-to-day platform priorities of all supported verticals. The Manager oversees all master data management processes for systems/database platforms and ensures master data integrity with accurate data elements for corporate-wide processes and reporting. In this role, you will identify improvement opportunities with systems, people, and workflow processes to increase productivity and engagement amongst teams and leverage agile project management tools to implement enhancements.Here's what we're looking for from you:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Salesforce.com Administrator Certification required.
• Supervisory and training experience. Ability to manage and lead others effectively with agile processes.
• Experience managing departmental and/or project timelines with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency.
• Knowledge of the core concepts to agile project management.
• Minimum 5 years CRM experience / database management.Here's what we offer you:
