Customer Growth will be responsible for driving customer
acquisition and growth for multiple ecommerce site through the
development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. This
candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce marketing and
experience driving customer acquisition and growth. The ideal
candidate for this position is a strategic leader who is not afraid
to roll up their sleeves and work across different job functions to

DetailsResponsibilities:
- Develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy for the
ecommerce site, including tactics such as paid advertising, content
marketing, and social media
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer
acquisition efforts and ensure alignment with business goals
- Analyze customer acquisition metrics and data to identify
opportunities to improve ROI and adjust strategy as needed
- Be responsible for short- and long-term planning, budget
management, marketing mix and spend allocation management
- Identify and test new acquisition channels to diversify
customer acquisition efforts and drive growth
- Manage relationships with third-party partners and vendors to
support customer acquisition efforts
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to ensure the
customer journey on the ecommerce site is optimized for
conversion
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices for customer
acquisition in ecommerce and bring new ideas to the team
- Work closely with the customer retention team to ensure a
seamless customer experience from acquisition to retention
- Set and achieve customer acquisition targets and provide
regular reports and insights on progress and resultsThe job may

important that candidates are willing to get hands-on and perform

understanding PPC strategy the candidate must have hands-On PPC;
they should be able to set up and make campaign optimizations in

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related
field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce customer
acquisition, with a track record of delivering measurable
results
- 3+ in a leadership role
- Demonstrable experience with lead generation
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform
marketing decisions
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the
ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
- Exceptional skills in prioritizing, problem-solving, and
presenting concepts and ideas to others
