Sigma Black Belt - Global Supply Chain. The Program Manager Six
Sigma Black Belt - Global Supply Chain will be responsible for
planning and managing projects in Supply Chain to ensure that
overall program goals are met. Owns schedule and cost with KPIs of
the entire program to report to the Project Management Office
(PMO). **Responsibilities:Provide Leadership and teams with
directions using +QDIP to ensure smooth daily operational flow in
Global Supply Chain (GSC) from Planning for Capacity & Materials
down to Master Production Schedule.Partner with GSC from PMO to
develop and manage portfolio of projects for delivered continuous
improvements in supply-chain capabilities, including leading
multiple monthly Kaizen with cross-functional groups, to ensure 95%
on-time delivery (OTD) as one of the OPEX metrics.Use Hoshin-Kanri
matrix from Lean Black Belt to deploy FISI Strategy for GSC
execution of projects.Follow PMO governance as standard of best
practice in managing GSC programs with reporting KPIs on
performance health.Manage all identified risks with counter
measures for immediate corrective actions to minimize overall
program risk and enhance benefits realizationResponsible for the
development, coordination and execution of all material program
strategies (MPS), material program plan (MPP), supply chain
objectives, and enterprise objectives.Develop and define the master
list of Supply Chain improvement projects, including business case,
resources, project timelines, and deliverables for monthly
performance reviews.Partner with the GSC and other key stakeholders
(e.g. Quality, Marketing, Operations, R&D PMO, and others) to
ensure programs are aligned with priorities and appropriate
adjustments and priorities are established and maintained.Define
KPI and track programs with reported counter measures to manage
risks for key benefits realization and to meet the needs of the
Supply Chain Leadership Team.Responsible for communicating business
related issues or opportunities to next management level. Serve as
the mortar between the GSC, PMO, Marketing and other
departments.Experience/ Education:Bachelor's degree in Engineering,
Business, Finance or Supply Chain5-7 years of experience as
practitioner of Black Belt to demonstrate effective problem
solverExperience in using SAP data for statistical analysis in
Minitab at 95% confidence level to improve the forecast of demand
management and more5+ years in Project ManagementExperience with
developing and analyzing performance metrics as well as experience
proactively addressing associated program and functional
issuesExperience in contract negotiation is preferredAbility to
build collaborative relationships and facilitate a collaborative
environment.Certifications from PMI for project management or from
APICS for supply chain is desiredHighly proficient in Microsoft
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Project (or
equivalent software)Ability to speak, read, and write EnglishGood
oral and written communication skills and good presentation
