OCM Specialist - Edge Application Project (Remote)
We have an immediate need for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist - Edge Application Project to join a premier distributor of automotive oils, chemicals, and consumable products. As an OCM Specialist for an Edge Application Project, you will be responsible for leading the organizational change management efforts to ensure that the project's stakeholders are prepared and ready for the changes that come with implementing edge applications.
Location: Remote
This Job Pays: $50 - 75 per hour
What You Will Do:

• 
  
• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that align with the project's goals and objectives.
  
• Identify the impact of edge applications on the organization and develop strategies to address potential resistance and barriers to change.
  
• Plan and execute communication and training plans to ensure that stakeholders and end-users understand the changes and benefits of edge applications.
  
• Collaborate with project teams to assess readiness for change and develop action plans to address gaps.
  
• Provide support and coaching to stakeholders and end-users to facilitate the adoption of edge applications and ensure their success.
  
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and plans and adjust as needed to ensure successful adoption of edge applications.
  
  What Gets You The Job:
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
    
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, preferably in the IT industry with a focus on edge applications and emerging technologies.
    
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
    
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    
  • Ability to understand and analyze the impact of edge applications on the organization and develop strategies to address resistance and barriers to change.
    
  • Experience with training and communication planning and execution.
    
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, business stakeholders, and end-users.
    
  • Familiarity with edge computing concepts and technologies such as IoT, AI, and Machine Learning.
