Holiday Inn a leading hotel franchise in Santa Anais seeking an effective, highly motivatedDirector of Salesto join our team of results-driven professionals dedicated to providing world-class services to guests. OurDirector of Salesis a hands-on leader, experienced in planning, developing, and executing property-wide strategies to maximize the brand's investment return while increasing its market visibility and reputation.
TheDirector of Saleswill work directly with the General Manager to lead and develop the sales and marketing team, cultivate relationships, and reach the brand's revenue potential by identifying service tactics, marketing plans, and necessary enhancements according to the market's demand.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Manage the property's reactive and proactive sales efforts
  
• Provide day-to-day leadership to sales associates to achieve booking goals and property revenues
  
• Implement the brand's service strategy and focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships
  
• Evaluate the property's participation in various sales channels such as area sales, group sales within the office, and electronic lead channels
  
• Manage the marketing budget to enable the development of property specific campaigns, promotions, and collateral to drive revenue
  
  
  
  Requirements
  Successful Candidates Must Have:
  
  • 
    
  • Previous experience as a hotel sales manager or sales and marketing director
    
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    
  • Excellent organizational and people skills
    
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
