With our historic growth, it is an exciting time to join our team of employee-owners.This opportunity entails being responsible for providing technical CADD support to the business on a daily basis. This position works independently with minimal guidance. Serves as a mentor and expert for less experienced staff.What You'll Do:

• Performs CADD software installation for new users and system upgrades for existing users. Partners with CADD vendors and acts as a support liaison for patches, bug fixes and upgrades as needed.
• Develops, implements and enforces CADD standards to ensure consistent use, appropriate file organization and timely sync of files across end users and offices.
• Creates issue resolution documentation for end user reference and utilization such as installation and troubleshooting processes. Writes and develops knowledge base articles and maintains accuracy and storage.
• Prioritizes and tests CADD software upgrades and issues in preparation of firm wide implementation in partnership with the project delivery office.
• Responds, diagnoses and resolves CADD software related issues for end users logged through ticketing system as needed.
• Assists with administration and implementation of CADD workspaces and integrations with ProjectWise.
• May support printing and plotting within our CADD environment.
• Provides technical guidance and mentoring to team members to achieve customer satisfaction and employee development. Acts as a technical resource and internal quality assurance for the CADD support team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.What You'll Need:
  • Associate Technical Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or
  • In lieu of degree, 8 years of experience in CADD Support and CADD Administration or relevant experienceWhat We Prefer:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering related degree

Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
