Job Description:

A company is seeking a Strategic Account Manager/Director.
Key Responsibilities:

Professionally represent the company and its suite of corporate occupier software solutions
Achieve and exceed all monthly, quarterly, and annual fiscal targets and objectives
Develop and implement strategic sales and close plans to proactively identify and sell new opportunities

Required Qualifications:

8 or more years of software sales experience
Experience in selling software and/or knowledge of the Real Estate and Finance preferred
Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets
Hungry for success, always looking for ways to improve and learn
Ability to work under pressure and meet agreed targets and deadlines
