Job Description:

A company is looking for an Associate Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage patient case activity for assigned transplant centers and clients
Facilitate donor and cord blood unit case activities to resolve barriers and issues
Maintain relationships with transplant centers and supplier network partners

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, science, or related field preferred
Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare or science environment
Knowledge of patient case management techniques
Proficient in using multiple software applications including Microsoft Office
Ability to participate in after-hours on-call rotation
