Trust Compliance Program Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Trust & Compliance Program Manager for a 4-month contract, with potential for extension, to oversee day-to-day operations and administration of the compliance program, including coordinating contract requests, data collection for sunshine reporting, conflict of interest requests, and managing the compliance program work plan.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the review and approval of HCP contract requests in the contract management system
Assist with data collection and remediation for sunshine reporting
Coordinate the review and approval of conflict of interest requests
Develop, manage, and maintain the compliance program work plan
Support the investigations lead in entering cases and administering the investigations system

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent practical experience
Strong technology and analytics skills
Experience in healthcare, life sciences, tech, or another highly regulated industry is preferred
