DescriptionWe are looking for a Director of Brand Marketing to join our dynamic team and lead our brand's creative direction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive branding and marketing strategies that will drive brand recognition, customer engagement, and business growth. You will collaborate closely with graphic designers to ensure consistency and creativity in all brand visuals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision and values.
  
• Creative Direction: Oversee and provide creative direction to the graphic design team to ensure a consistent and engaging visual identity for the brand.
  
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns that encompass digital, social media, print, and in-store materials to promote our products and services.
  
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to adapt our strategies accordingly.
  
• Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling, shareable, and relevant content across various marketing channels.
  
• Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations that can enhance brand visibility and drive growth.
  
• Budget Management: Responsible for managing and optimizing the marketing budget to ensure the best return on investment.
  
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team while providing guidance and support to foster creativity and innovation.
  
• Performance Metrics: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
  
• Desire and ability to wear multiple hats and work in fast paced environment with short deadlines and a high rate of change
  
• Manage both internal creative team and outsourced PR and creative agencies
  QualificationsDesired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    
  • 7+ years of proven experience in brand marketing and creative direction, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
    
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
    
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
    
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement successful marketing strategies.
    
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.

      As required by applicable Pay Transparency Laws, Nekter Juice Bar provides a range of compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location or other relevant factors.
      The pay range for this role is: $105,000 - $125,000 (possibility of bonus based on company's performance)
