Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Portfolio Manager, ERP to
manage the project portfolio and delivery within the ERP IT
function.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the intake process for ERP initiatives and prioritize based on
business case evaluations
Coordinate portfolio management activities, ensuring project
charters, timelines, and KPIs are defined and met
Monitor project risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans and
escalating major issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; specialization in Management,
Engineering, or Computer Science preferred
10+ years of SAP experience required
Extensive hands-on experience in ERP implementations, including two
to three major ERP and Legal Entity consolidations
Experience in a large multinational publicly traded company and in
the pharmaceutical industry
Direct supervision of managers and ability to lead cross-functional
teams
