Job Description:
A company is looking for a Carrier Onboarding Project
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver onboarding requests via ticketing system, phone, and
email
Provide training and ongoing support for users of the systems
Complete the integration of new carriers onto platforms and
coordinate system launches
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or 2+ years in
customer support
Spanish language proficiency required; Portuguese proficiency
highly desirable
Solid understanding of system interfaces with other
applications
Proficient in MS Office and navigating internet resources
Experience with ERP systems is an asset
