A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Cloud
Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive systems related to Security and Cloud
Infrastructure
Create and execute a vision to build world-class systems that
empower the engineering organization
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Cloud Infrastructure and Security
engineers while implementing best practices
Required Qualifications
2+ years of proven people management experience leading engineering
teams
Experience managing teams focused on Security, Infrastructure,
DevOps, or Platform engineering
Demonstrated experience implementing and fostering agile practices
within engineering teams
Proven ability to plan and implement CI/CD strategies with a focus
on developer experience
Experience working at a startup (ideally 2+ years at an early
stage)
