A company is looking for a Director, Revenue Cycle Case &
Escalation Management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee intervention strategies for complex customer issues and
improve customer experience
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to
communicate progress and insights
Build and maintain partnerships across teams to ensure a holistic
customer journey
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in issue management or customer
experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience working cross-functionally in a complex organization
Proven track record of leading and inspiring large teams
Strong understanding of Healthcare IT and related challenges
