Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Safety Director to oversee
safety management programs and ensure a safe working
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for
construction projects while ensuring compliance with safety
regulations
Manage safety and risk employees, oversee workers' compensation
claims, and promote a culture of safety across the organization
Create and lead safety training programs and committees, while
analyzing incident reports to improve workplace safety
Required Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of OSHA standards and experience in risk
management
At least 5 years in an occupational health and safety management
position
Bachelor's degree in health and safety, Safety Engineering,
Environmental Health, or related field preferred
Certification as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) is a
plus
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
