Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Director, FP&A -
Technology & Quality (T&Q).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a financial advisor to the Chief T&Q Officer,
influencing decision-making with financial insights
Direct annual planning, forecasting, and financial reporting for
global product costs and expenses
Oversee finance engagement with various departments to ensure
effective financial operations and compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or
CPA preferred
15+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership
in FP&A and operational finance
Proven track record in leading finance teams within biotech/pharma
or complex manufacturing environments
Deep understanding of inventory management, product costing, and
intercompany accounting
Proficiency in ERP systems, financial planning tools, and data
visualization platforms
