Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center RN - Adult Primary
Care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients' health status and recommend care based on clinical
judgment and protocols
Coach patients on treatment alternatives and coordinate services
and referrals
Communicate patient status information to healthcare professionals
and maintain an organized caseload
Required Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted RN licensure in New York
2+ years of clinical experience
Knowledge of how to navigate Clear Triage
Proven track record of excellent clinical record documentation
Technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office and analytical
software
