Job Description:
A company is looking for a Health Benefit Representative to sell
health products and services while identifying membership growth
opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct needs-based analysis to recommend appropriate health
products to individuals
Represent the company at community events and assist individuals
through the application and enrollment process
Utilize Sales Force CRM for tracking activities, managing
appointments, and reporting to management
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED is required
2 to 5 years of experience in managed care, sales, or customer
service is preferred
Basic computer skills are necessary
Driver's License may be required by some plans
Specific language skills may be required by some plans
