and Services summary: The Clinical Program Manager RN at Providence
St. Joseph Hospital in Orange, CA, leads efforts to optimize
patient length of stay and coordinates discharge planning in an
acute care environment. The role requires a registered nurse with
experience in utilization management and knowledge of clinical
guidelines such as InterQual and MCG. This full-time position
focuses on improving patient outcomes through collaboration with
care teams in a highly recognized healthcare system. Description
Clinical Program RN at Providence St. Joseph Hospital Orange in
Orange, CA. This position is Full- time and will work 8-hour, Day

for designated patient populations. Serves as designated ministry
liaison with providers and ministry Care Coordination teams, to

them. Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree Nursing.
Bachelor's Degree Nursing. Upon hire: California Registered Nurse
License. 3 years Experience in Utilization Management. Experience
working with InterQual and MCG guidelines. Preferred
Qualifications: Master's Degree Nursing. 5 years Experience as a
utilization/case manager in an acute care setting. Experience in a
multi-hospital and/or integrated healthcare system. Why Join
