The role involves providing counseling and therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a variety of emotional and psychological needs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, facilitating therapy sessions, and maintaining thorough and confidential client records. Candidate is also responsible for tracking payments. Qualifications Willingness to be present and take a growth mindset in supervision meetings Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills Licensure or eligibility for associate-level Marriage and Family Therapist license Ability to work empathetically and ethically with diverse populations (this is very important) Master's degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field Motivation to market candidate practice and contribute to obtaining clients
