way no matter what. The Medical Assistant focuses on assisting the
medical staff (providers, nurses, and on-site specialty care
providers) in the provision of safe and efficient delivery of
medical services at the WelbeHealth clinic. The Medical Assistant
performs routine administrative and clinical duties such as
scheduling medical appointments, greeting participants, filing
medical records, taking and recording vital signs, preparing exam
rooms, and maintaining equipment and supplies. This role is
different because Medical Assistants at WelbeHealth: Engage in both
clinical care and front-office interactions, fostering meaningful
participant relationships while maintaining hands-on medical
responsibilities, unlike traditional Medical Assistant positions
focused solely on back-office or clinical work Have the time and
support to provide quality care and build trust, balancing
efficiency with connection, rather than rushing through high

Comprehensive compensation package including base pay and bonus And
additional benefits! On the day-to-day, you will: Prepare
participants for appointments, including but not limited to setting
up exam rooms, checking participants in and out, and obtaining an
accurate history of illness Perform required pre-exam physical
tests, such as measuring and documenting participants’ vital signs
Perform general medical procedures, such as dressing changes and
suture removals, as directed and under specific authorization and
supervision of a physician Collect and prepare laboratory specimens
as ordered, and perform routine sterilization procedures of medical
and dental equipment Maintain clinic logs and ensure exam rooms are
properly stocked, sanitized, and re-prepped at all times Job
requirements include: Certification by a medical assistant
certifying organization approved by the state medical board Two (2)
years of experience working as a Medical Assistant in a clinical
setting with a frail or elderly population Two (2)-year degree
program in medical assistance Phlebotomy experience required
Reliable means of transportation Must obtain CPR and First Aid
certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification
thereafter; CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred We
are seeking Medical Assistants that have phlebotomy experience. If

base range for this role is $21.07 - $27.81 hourly Bonus.
