Job Description Job Description Nurse Practitioner - Men's Health Specialist Gameday Men's Health Encino | Encino, California | Part-Time About the Role Gameday Men's Health Encino seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our innovative men's health practice in Encino, California. As a key member of our clinical team, you'll provide specialized care in a unique concierge, cash-pay environment that prioritizes patient experience and clinical excellence. The ideal candidate is a skilled clinician with strong interpersonal abilities who can develop evidence-based, personalized treatment plans. You'll work with patients seeking optimization in testosterone therapy, sexual health, weight management, and overall wellness. Clinical Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations for low testosterone and develop optimized hormone replacement protocols under physician supervision Assess and treat erectile dysfunction using multiple modalities including EPAT/Shockwave Therapy, P-Shot, and pharmacological interventions (Trimix, etc.) Perform new patient consultations, interpret laboratory results, and explain findings clearly Build strong patient relationships through education and evidence-based, customized care plans Administer intramuscular injections, PRP injections, and other in-office procedures Collaborate effectively with phlebotomists, medical assistants, and practice managers Participate in community outreach and brand awareness initiatives Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Ensure continuity of care through comprehensive patient management and follow-up Qualifications Required: Active California Nurse Practitioner license in good standing Active DEA and Controlled Substance certifications and registrations Clean malpractice history Strong clinical skills and patient communication abilities Availability to work Fridays (required) Strongly Preferred: 7 years of Nurse Practitioner experience Experience in men's health (TRT, erectile dysfunction, peptide therapy) Proficiency with hormone optimization protocols Experience in cash-pay or concierge medicine settings Confidence performing intramuscular and PRP injections Schedule & Work Environment Part-Time Position: 1-3 days per week Friday (Required): 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday (Preferred): 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Additional weekday availability a plus Work Setting: 100% outpatient clinic-based care In-person (plus, telemedicine) Modern, comfortable clinical environment Compensation & Benefits Starting compensation: $75-$85/hour 5% sales commission Monthly and annual bonus/commission opportunities based on performance High earning potential in a growing practice Medical malpractice insurance paid 100% by company 401(k) retirement plan Paid sick leave Professional development and leadership growth opportunities Flexible part-time schedule with work-life balance Why Join Gameday?
