Job Description Were seeking a mission-driven Primary Care
Physician to join a well-established, value-based care organization
in the greater Los Angeles area . This is an outpatient-only
position focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
to an adult and senior population. Why Youll Love This Opportunity
Compensation: Base salary of $230K$285K (commensurate with
experience) Annual Bonus: Up to 20% of base compensation Sign-On
Bonus: $20,000 Schedule: MondayFriday, 100% outpatient , no nights
or weekends Patient Load: Manageable daily census emphasizing
quality over volume Support: Work with a collaborative care team
including NPs, MAs, and health coaches Mission: Deliver care
focused on prevention, chronic disease management, and population
health Your Role Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and
senior patients in an outpatient setting Manage acute and chronic
conditions while focusing on preventive medicine and wellness
Partner with care teams to meet quality metrics such as HEDIS and
STAR measures Participate in daily huddles, team meetings, and
ongoing process improvement efforts Foster meaningful patient
relationships through education, accessibility, and continuity of

to the beaches of Manhattan Beach and Santa Monica , and the
