A healthcare and retail pharmacy company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative. Core Responsibilities of this position include: Answering questions and resolves issues based on phone calls/letters from members, providers, and plan sponsors Triaging resulting rework to appropriate staff. Documents and tracks contacts with members, providers and plan sponsors Creating an emotional connection with our members by understanding and engaging the member to the fullest to champion Required Skills: High School or GED equivalent Oral and written communication skills Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards
