JOB DESCRIPTION: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic team player
capable of answering a high volume of inbound calls within the Call
Center. This position is in our Santa Ana, CA office and will
handle processing payments, responding to customer inquiries,
ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer
support.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle high call volume in fast paced Call Center while determining
the information the caller requires effectively and efficiently
Process insurance transactions to ensure all compliance standards
are achieved in processing endorsements, reinstatements, renewals
and new policies Handle basic claims inquiries and coverage
verifications Provide feedback to management on process improvement
initiatives for the Call Center Assist in user acceptance testing
for company raters and other applications Ensure service levels
within the team and department are met or exceeded on a daily basis
Process new claim notices from claimants and insureds Assist in the
preparation of responding to written complaints Initiate outbound
calls to prospective independent agents to solicit more business
and troubleshoot processing issues
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of two years of experience working in an office environment
Excellent communication skills (oral / written) Ability to move
efficiently and effectively between tasks Spanish speaking
preferred
