Job Description:
A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research, write and publish job advertisements, and
source passive candidates
Review job applications, conduct initial candidate screens, and
schedule interviews
Work closely with recruiting team and hiring leaders to execute
recruiting strategies
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Prior internships in recruiting, sales, or related field is an
asset
Creative problem-solver
You are influential, great at getting buy-in and cutting through
the noise
You balance a packed schedule, an endless to-do list
