Job Description:

A company is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to manage staffing functions and maintain adequate staffing levels.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure adequate staffing levels in inpatient units, emergency department, and ancillary departments
Track and maintain credentials and departmental data associated with staffing
Make decisions within the scope of responsibilities and seek approval for decisions beyond that scope

Required Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Minimum one (1) year of secretarial/staffing experience preferred
Minimum five (5) years of experience in using computer software applications preferred
