Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage the
end-to-end recruitment of technical talent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical
roles, aligning with business goals
Partner with hiring managers to define roles, draft job
descriptions, and calibrate candidate profiles
Conduct screening interviews and manage candidate pipelines while
ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or technical
setting
Strong understanding of recruiting processes and compliance
practices
Familiarity with sourcing and assessing technical skillsets
Project-driven mindset with the ability to meet milestones and
report progress
Advanced user of recruitment tools and platforms
